How? 

There are no secrets recipes but 3 simple ingredients to build a successful Agile model of working and collaboration.

It all start with a Mindset shift: understanding your current company and team culture is key to start building a new, shared vision of Agile. Interactive sessions and workshops will help getting there.   Living the Agile experience where (HR) teams learn by doing, by applying for example Agile techniques to work with complex people topics or projects and adapting them in response of changes.  Developing a regular feedback loop culture, Agile coaching, to focus on continuous improvement.

In collaboration with many exponents of the HR/People Agile global movement, we will start organizing and hosting  Agile HR Meetups in different places in Europe.


 At the heart of Agile is the customer and how business value is driven through customer value. When Agile is translated into HR this customer-centricity places the employee, our people, at the heart of what HR do. As a result, HR’s work becomes human-centric, with the aim of building a great place to work validated by the needs and feedback of our people and teams.

We are on a mission to innovate HR and transform the profession for the future of work. We really want to involve as many HR colleagues as possible to help shaping this  discussion and offer the possibility to explore how Agile HR can help to enrich the employee experience by delivering a great customer experience.
