Agile HR is a mindset and a new way of work that People teams and Leads should embrace to help boosting creativity and innovation in the organization. This is absolutely necessary to survive in this volatile and complex marketplace and in a world of ambiguity. The success of a business is today decided by the customers and how fast companies are able to respond or anticipate their needs.
Customer value, incl. an excellent customer experience, is the ultimate goal and differentiation among companies. Likewise employees today are looking for great (workplace) experiences and this is where a good People strategy should start or continue focusing on.

My passion is helping organizations to build a great work environment and to focus on the full spectrum of the people experience by creating strong communities where everyone can feel at best and express their best, both professionally and personally. I worked for big companies and lived in 6 different countries which gave me the unique opportunity to get to know different realities and cultures and to gain new perspectives on ways of working. My specialty is getting things planned and done in a cooperative, fun and flexible way, making sure to engage people in defining the company culture and co-create healthy and successful working environments.
I mentor and support start ups in defining their company culture and people strategy and enjoy watching them growing in their learning path.
I combine my extensive international background in HR, incl. organizational design and development, with innovative Agile practices, to offer a unique and adaptive approach. I hold Master’s degrees in Organization and Human Resources Management and in Philosophy. I'm certified by Oxford College, HCI, CIPD, HRMP and ICAgile, but learning is a pleasant journey that doesn’t stop when you get a certification, for me it’s a continuous discover, a state of mind!
I'm one of the co-authors of the Agile People Manifesto and of the book Agile People Principles : your call to action for the Future of Work and shared my thoughts and experience for Purpose Driven People: creating business agility and sustainable growth.
Also, I've recently (happily) discovered to having been mentioned in the Acknowledgements of the book Agile HR: Deliver Value in a changing world of work.
